Find out why your marketing isn't converting.
You're posting, you're spending, people are landing on your website. They're just not buying. This is where we work out why, before you spend another dollar fixing the wrong thing.
Most people blame their content.
So they post more. They try new hooks. They blame the algorithm, change their grid, start a TikTok. And nothing moves, because the thing that was broken was never the content.
It's usually sitting underneath it. Your offer isn't clear. The people finding you were never going to buy. They land on the site and nothing tells them why you. Or they find you once and never hear from you again.
Let's find the actual problem.Your whole funnel, not just your feed.
- Your numbers. Traffic, sales, enquiries, email list, what you charge and what you need the business to make. We work out what has to be true for you to hit your goal, and how far off it you currently are
- Your website analytics. How many people are arriving, where from, what they do when they get there, and where they drop off
- Your social media. What you're posting, how often, who is actually following you, and how many of them ever make it to your website
- Your messaging. What a stranger thinks you do within five seconds of landing on your page, and whether that matches what you're trying to sell
- Your offer and pricing. Whether the structure of what you sell can mathematically get you to your income goal
- Your follow-up. What happens to someone who finds you and isn't ready to buy today
A full report. What to fix, how to fix it, and in what order.
It starts by naming the one thing holding the business back right now and why it's happening. Then it works through everything I found, what to do about each of it, and the order to do it in, so you're not trying to fix six things at once.
Your messaging is unclear
People can't tell what you do or why it's for them, so they scroll past.
Your offer can't get you there
The maths doesn't work. At that price you'd need more customers than you can realistically reach.
Not enough people find you
What you've got converts fine. There just isn't enough of it happening.
They see it and don't buy
The traffic is there. Something between landing and checkout is losing them.
They find you once and vanish
No follow-up, so every month starts from zero again.
You'd break if it worked
More sales would break the business before they fixed it.
The numbers said they had an audience. They didn't.
A Bali based swimwear brand came to me with paid ads running, influencers posting and content going out most days. The follower count was healthy. Engagement looked fine. The sales were flat and nobody could work out why.

What the audit found
The audience wasn't real. A large share of the following was bot and junk accounts, plus men in countries that were never going to buy swimwear from an Australian brand. 71% of the following was male. The comments underneath the posts were not from customers.
That matters more than it sounds, because every number they were making decisions from was built on it. Follower growth looked like demand. Engagement rate looked healthy. Reach looked strong. None of it was people who would ever buy, so the one number that mattered, sales, sat flat while everything else went up.
Worse, it was feeding the ads. The platform optimises towards whoever engages, so the spend kept buying more of the same wrong audience. They were paying to make the problem bigger.
Busy numbers, no buyers. What we did about it
- Separated the real audience from the noise, so we knew who was actually buying and who was just there
- Worked out what it would really take to hit their revenue goal at their price, and how far the current traffic was from it
- Found the real bottleneck: not traffic, not product. What the brand was saying and who it was showing was pulling in the wrong people
- Stopped the spend that was reinforcing it
- Gave them the order to fix things in, starting with the messaging, because nothing downstream would work until that changed
From there they went on to the full brand strategy. The product never changed. What changed was what the brand said and who it showed.

The questions
Will you tell me what I want to hear?
No. You're paying me to tell you the thing nobody else has. Sometimes that's that your offer is wrong, or that you've been spending money on the wrong channel for a year.
What if my numbers are embarrassing?
They won't be the worst I've seen, and I can't help you without them. Low numbers are a starting point, not a judgement.
What if I don't have analytics set up?
Tell me on the call. We can work with what you've got, and getting tracking in place might be the first recommendation.
Can I just do this and go away and fix it myself?
Yes. That's a completely valid way to use it, and plenty of people do.
