Know what you're saying, and why anyone should pick you.
Your marketing will only work if your messaging and brand strategy are clear. We define who you are for, what you stand for, and what you say.
Nobody is confused about your product. They're confused about why you.
Most businesses aren't stuck because they're not posting enough. They're stuck because a stranger can't tell what they do, who it's for, or why it's better than the place down the road. So the content stays generic, the ads cost more than they should, and the price keeps getting questioned.
Your content isn't performing because your brand is unclear.
Let's change that. We'll build your brand
We're going to dive deep into your business so you know exactly how to show up across all your social media platforms.
01 · Brand foundation
Why the business exists, what it's actually here to do, and the story underneath it.
02 · Ideal customer
Who you are for, what they're really buying, and what they need to believe before they buy it.
03 · Competition analysis
Who else they could choose, what those businesses own, and the gap that's yours to take.
04 · Brand personality and voice
How you sound, with real examples, so your content stops sounding like everyone else's.
05 · Brand values
What you stand for and what you won't do, in language you can actually hold people to.
06 · Marketing strategy
Your key messages, content themes, channels and the plan for putting the whole thing to work.
07 · Look, feel and assets
The visual direction, and what you already have against what you'll need, so a designer can work from it.
Visible every single day. Barely selling a thing.
They were doing everything they'd been told to do. Paid ads running. Influencers posting. Something going out on their own channels most days of the week.
The marketing was not working.
The client came to me with all of that already running and the sales flat. None of it was on my advice. I was brought in to work out why none of it was converting.

What the numbers were actually saying
When I pulled the account apart, the problem wasn't the product and it wasn't the traffic. It was who the traffic was.
71% of the following was male, most of it from countries that were never going to buy, and a steady run of inappropriate comments underneath the posts. They had built an audience that liked looking at the content. None of them were the customer.
That is not an ads problem you can fix by spending more. The tone, the messaging and the way the brand was showing up online were pulling in the wrong people, and every extra dollar of spend bought more of them.
So we fixed what it was saying, not what it was selling. The work
An intensive brand strategy, to uncover how they actually wanted to show up in the world and who they wanted to be speaking to.
- Brand foundation. Why the brand exists, what it's really here to do, and the story underneath the product
- Ideal customer. Who it is genuinely for, what she's buying when she buys swimwear, and what she needs to believe first
- Competition analysis. Who else she could choose, what those brands own, and the position left open
- Brand personality and voice. How the brand sounds, so the content stops attracting an audience it doesn't want
- Brand values. What it stands for, and what it won't do to get attention
- Marketing strategy. The key messages, content themes and channels, built around the customer rather than the algorithm
- Look, feel and assets. How it presents, who is in the imagery, and what that signals to the person seeing it first
What changed
The product never changed. Not one thing about it. What changed was what the brand said and who it showed, so that the right woman could look at it and see herself instead of scrolling past something that clearly wasn't made for her.
They walked away with a document brand strategy, a diagnostic of what had been going wrong and why, and a brand guide their team could actually work from, so every ad, every post and every collaboration from that point on was pulling in the same direction.
Pick your depth.

What you'll be able to do with it.
- Attract the right audience with the right message
- Sit down to write a post and know exactly who you're talking to, instead of writing for everyone and reaching no one
- Say what you do in one sentence that a stranger understands, on a call, in your bio, at a market stall
- Hand it to a VA, a designer or a content person and have what they produce actually sound like you
- Tell quickly whether a piece of content is on brand or off, without second-guessing it

The questions
Which one do I need?
If you can write your own posts but freeze on what to say, that's the $1,500. If you don't know who you're for or why anyone picks you over the next business, that's the $6,500.
Do I get a logo?
No. Neither of these is design. The $6,500 gives you a look and feel direction a designer can work from, and tells them what the brand is meant to be saying.
Can I do this and then the content work?
Yes, and most people should do it in that order. The content is always better when I'm not guessing at who you are.
What if I already have a brand guide?
Send it over before you buy anything. If it's good, you don't need this and I'll say so.
What do I actually walk away with?
A written strategy you can hand to a designer, a copywriter, a new staff member or me, and they'll all produce work that sounds like the same business.
