Meta ads management
You're already doing the hardest part. Making the content. Ads are how that work reaches past your followers and lands in front of the right people who simply haven't found you yet.
Same content. A much bigger room.
Right now your posts go out and reach a slice of the people who already follow you. That's organic, and it's the slow way to grow. Ads take the same content you're already making and put it in front of people who have never heard of you.
We just stop leaving it up to the algorithm to decide who gets to see you.
Let's get you in front of more of the right people. What changes when you run ads.
You reach people who aren't following you
Ads get your business in front of new people without relying on the algorithm.
You choose exactly who sees it
Where they live, how old they are, what they're into, people who have already visited your website, and people who look like your existing customers. You're not hoping the right person scrolls past.
Your best content keeps working
A post that lands does its thing for 48 hours and then it's gone. Put budget behind that same post and it can keep bringing people in for months.
You find out what people want, fast
Ads tell you in a week what organic takes a year to tell you. Which message lands, which offer people actually want, what they'll pay for.
It keeps going when you can't
On the week you're flat out, sick, away or just over it, the ads are still out there working.
Anyone can boost a post. Knowing what to do next is the hard part.
Getting an ad live is the easy part. The value is in reading what the account tells you each week and knowing which lever to pull: the audience, the creative, the offer, the budget, or where people land. Pull the right one and it compounds. Pull the wrong one and you've spent another month finding out.
I started out in television advertising as a media buyer, working out who we needed to reach, what it would cost to reach them and whether the spend was worth it.
Then I moved into advertising agencies planning campaigns for small brands spending a few hundred a week, to brands spending millions each year.
Since then I've been mentored by some of the best Meta ads specialists in the industry to grow a low ticket offer to six figures, serving more than 1,000 business owners. I'm not learning on your account. I can read ads manager. Well.
- We agree who we're targeting and what we're selling them before anything is built
- Full campaign build and launch across Facebook and Instagram
- Tracking set up properly, so we can see which ads actually made you money rather than guessing
- I write all the ad copy, with different hooks and angles so we can see what people respond to
- Your creative built into ad variations and tested against each other
- Weekly optimisation, moving your budget onto whatever is working
- A monthly report in plain English: what you spent, what it returned, what it cost you per sale or enquiry, and what I'm changing next
- Your Business Manager, ad account, tracking and creative files stay yours
You will need to provide new creative videos, photos and designs each month so we can continue to optimise.
What's not included
- Ad spend. You pay Meta directly from your own account
- New creative. You supply the videos and photos, unless you add Face of your brand
- Landing page or website builds
- Google, TikTok or LinkedIn ads
- Your DMs and comments on the ads

What you'll spend
I recommend at least $20 a day in ad spend. Below that there isn't enough happening for us to learn anything, and we end up guessing with your money.
So the real number looks like this: $600 a month to me, plus around $600 a month to Meta at $20 a day. The $600 of ad spend is yours, billed to your own card by Meta, and you can see every dollar of it.
What happens from here
You fill in the form.
A quick 30 min chat to see if we're the right fit for your business, and whether ads are the right spend for you at all.
I audit what's there. Your account, your tracking and anything you've run before, so we start from what actually happened rather than a guess.
We agree the offer, the audience and the cost per result we're aiming at. I build the campaigns and launch.
I optimise weekly, and at the end of the month you get your report with what I'm changing next.
The questions
How much should I spend on ads?
At least $20 a day. Below that we don't get enough data to learn anything and we're both guessing. From there we work it up based on what a customer is worth to you.
Is the ad spend on top?
Yes. The $600 is my management fee. Your ad spend is billed to you by Meta from your own account, and you can see every dollar of it.
Who owns the account?
You do. Your Business Manager, your ad account, your tracking, your creative. I get access and I hand it back.
Do you make the ad creative?
I write all the ad copy. You will need to provide new creative videos, photos and designs each month so we can continue to optimise. If you'd rather not make it, add Face of your brand and I'll film it for you.
How long before it works?
Within the first week we'll have an idea if the creative is working, and we keep optimising from there.
